Rules and Regulations of Co-Op

Members:

  1. All members are legally responsible for their guests (behavior and health)
  2. All members must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a guardian at all times of visit.
  3. Members are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 guest per member.
  4. Members are responsible for their sessions (clean up, making sure doors are locked, lights and music turned out).
  5. Any member may approach another member and request to see key and ID.
  6. Any parties must be planned at least 3 weeks in advance and cleared through the executive committee.
  7. Members are responsible for their keys. They are not to be lent to non-members. There is a fee for replacing keys.
  8. Members must join SPAUSA for insurance (this will come out of dues from first month of membership).
  9. If SPAUSA cancels insurance program members will no longer be covered by any insurance held by the Co-Op.
  10. Members shall treat the park with respect and common sense.
  11. Members may be asked to turn over their key and asked to leave the club for behavior that is dangerous/irresponsible.
  12. Members are responsible for getting their dues in on time.
  13. Members are legally responsible for parties they throw.
  14. Members must be familiar with all rules as applied to them and their guests.

Guests:

  1. Guests are allowed to visit a maximum of 3 times before being asked to join.
  2. Guest must sign in every time they visit.
  3. Guest are required to make a donation of $5.00 per visit. Money is to be deposited in lock box in envelope with name written on it.
  4. Guest must sign waiver and understand that facility is unsupervised.
  5. Guests may not borrow Members keys for personal use.
  6. Guests may be asked to leave if they are not following rules and regulations.

Fees:

  • 12-month membership (pay all at once) $450
  • 12-month membership (pay monthly) $80/first 2 months, $40/final 10 months
  • 6-month membership (pay monthly) $70/first month, $55/final 5 months
  • Lost key: $65
  • Late membership fee: $10 every 15 days late, after 60 days we submit to collection agency
  • Guest not paying: $5/guest
  • Hold a party at park (free admission): $250
  • Hold a party at park (charge admission): $500
